Terms and Conditions



50% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THE BOOKING UPON ENGAGEMENT. THE REMAINING BALANCE OF 50% IS DUE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT.


DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


A damage deposit of £100.00 is required on each booking. The deposit will be returned within 7 days post the event should there be no damages to the event items installed


At any point should you wish to cancel / terminate your relationship with Cocoa Villea, you will be charged 20% of the remaining 50% balance.


We require approximately 3 hours minimum to set up décor at the venue. This could be more or less depending on the amount of guests and décor required


We require a minimum of at least 2 hours to take down the décor after the event. For any reason, if this is not possible, do let us know at the earliest convenience.


We require onsite parking in order to gain access to the event space. Should there be no parking access, the client will be invoiced for any charges incurred.


Cocoa Villea is contracted to carry out works agreed within the contract. Should the client require extra services which are not part of the contract, they will be invoiced at £50.00 per hour for every hour spent after the agreed time (min 3 hours).


It is the client’s responsibility to inform Cocoa Villea of any changes which may affect the installation of the décor before the date of the event.


It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any services hired outside of Cocoa Villea which will affect the installation of the décor is on site prior to the arrival of Cocoa Villea.


It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all products are returned without damage. Any damages caused to the décor installed will be deducted from the damages deposit.


Please note, this agreement is available for 7 days. If the deposit has not been made within this time, unfortunately the date is not guaranteed and is released back to the public.
